BW Report With Parameters IN CRM_UI

Hi all,

 

We are working on  the implementing of an upgrade CRM 7.

I need your help with the following issue.

 

I need create a new Work Center to show BW Report (and pass BP number as parameter)

How I can resolve this?

 

I have the parameters, the BW report, all ready.

Where should I implement my logic?

CRM Interactive Scripting : BDC zone

Hi experts,

 

I have several questions regards to BDC fiels in Interactive Scripting :

 

1- would someone confirm that the use of BDC fields is to import values in the script (ex : address) ?

 

2- what kind of values can be entered in a BDC field ? (ex: only BP fields ?)

 

3- how can I find the link in BDC field ? (ex : //currentContact/builStandardAddressRel/STREET)

 

4- Can I import in BDC field the name of the main contact of a BP (ticked as "standard" in the contact sheet) ?

Issue in Account Fact Sheet for IC Agent

Hi Experts,

 

I am doing configuraiton for Account Fact Sheet for our client for Interaction Center Agent. We want to show Oppportunity, Service Request, ERP Sales order as account fact sheet.

 

I have made the nessary configuration for component BSP_DLC_FS and ICCMP_AFS_HIS. I am able to get all CRM related transaction like Oppt, Service Request but ERP Sales order is not coming.

 

As a part of configs i also maintain setting in CRM->CRM MiddleWare and Related Component->Communication Set Up ->Middle Ware parameter->Define Middle ware Parameter for R/3 customer fact sheet and order status . I have maintain value as Key = CRMCFSOLTP = Parameter 1 and RFC dest as our ECC system.

 

I dont know where did i missed.

 

Any points on this will be greate help.

Automatic Trigger HTMLB Event onClientClick

Hi Guys,

 

I have a button on WebUI creating as shown in the below code -:

When user clicks this button a tracking text is inserted in the email body which is part of configuration. I want to insert this text without clicking of the button.

 

In short I want to click this button & trigger its method at the starting of the view. Because of this onClientClick I am not able to find its corresponding method which is getting triggered. I feel there's some javascript method which gets triggered.

CRM Interaction Center - triggering script by clicked alarm

Hello Colleagues,

 

Is there any possibility to trigger script and move into it by clicking alarm at header level?

I have setup all conditions and alarms with IC Manager role, but Script is trigger only in the "backgroud". It does not moving me into my script.

Enhancing Search Screen

Hello all,

 

I'm new to CRM development (very new) and am a bit lost in all of the underlying concepts to elaborate solutions.

 

In the past days I did a lot of research about the topic (read some discussions, blogs and wikis) and have been reading the book "SAP CRM Web Client - Customizing and Development" from SAP Press but I still can't seem to understand what I think is the basic concept behind the process.

 

I've got a requirement about enhancing the Search Screen for Complaint, they want to add a field to filter results by Tasks in the Complaint.

 

From what I've found I think I could add the field on the view and use it in the Event Handler EH_ONSEARCH to filter the results (if I could find the Task Table and it's relationship with the Complaint). I don't like the looks of this solution I've come to, because I think there should be a better way to do that since I can enhance the relationships of GenIL objects, but I'm very lost on how I could do that.

 

I would like to ask you experts on how I can proceed on this matter and, not just the guidance but, also, where can I find texts that could give me a good view on how things work on CRM.

bapi / api / function to get Multilevel Categorization chosen in Serv Order

Hello experts,

 

As CRM order only stores in table CRMD_SRV_SUBJECT the lowest level of the Multilevel Categorization chosen in the Service order. I wondered if somebody knows if there is a BAPI / API / Function that can retrieve the upper levels by passing the lowest one.

 

I mean, in a service order with 4 levels of categorization chosen:

 

Level1

   Level 2

      Level 3

        Level 4

 

Only Level 4 is stored in the CRMD_SRV_SUBJECT for Service Orders. That is the reason why I need some BAPI or similiar to get the upper levels of the Service Order.

I have requirement to send e-mail when any complaints comes into Outlook. I have configured the ERMS settings.

But i dont know how test wheather the inbound prossing working or not ?

where to check ERMS push email log in CRM

Hi Guru,

We are using ERMS push email (CRM integrated with BCM). I could see the ERMS workflow is triggered in CRM. Do you know where I could see the email ID is pushed to BCM in CRM (any log)? I just want to confirm the push does really happens.

Interaction History link not visible in CRM 7.0

Hi,

 

We're in the process of upgrading our system from CRM2007 to CRM 7.0 EHP2.

 

We have noticed in 'Enquirer Identification' after confirming an account, the lower part of the screen shows the 'Note History' and 'Last Interactions' links but the option 'Interaction History' is no longer visible on the right hand side of the screen.

Our users find this useful as it provides more powerful searching than the 'Last Interactions' list, albeit with more options for configuration now.

 

Looking at component ICCMP_BT_IRHIST, SAP have introduced a new default view in CRM 7.0 (LastInteractions) which omits this link.

While the new configuration for the interaction history was mentioned in the release notes, there is no reference to the removal of the link.

Before we decide on whether we still need this, does anyone know why this was removed?

Also, the old view (InrLastHist) is still in the upgraded system but not seemingly used - is this now redundant or can we switch between the old and new views?

Create an Interaction from Interactive Scripts

Hi Experts

 

I read that theres a way to create an Interactive Script that after finishing it,  the crm can automatically create an interactive record and fill the information that I used on the script. Is this possible to do without any coding involved? I've searched the forums and documentation and best practices but i have only found the basic information about creating a script and little mention that this can be done but no real information about how it can be done, does anyone knows a webpage o has any documentation that can help me out?

not able to Forward Inbox E-mail to a group/Org in ERMS SAP CRM

Hi,

 

I am able to forward Inbox E-mail to any single user,

but unable to forward the same Inbox E-mail to any group in Interaction Center CRM EHP2 using the ERMS workflow concept, the Workflow is standard not modified anywhere.

 

I am getting the Error as

""" Unable to forward inbox item of type 'e-mail' with description 'XXXXX'

 

Unable to dispatch e-mail, fax, or letter ""

 

In Debugging found the function module RH_CHECK_FORWARDING is checking the work-item can be farwarded or not ?

in that func. module, another func RH_WI_EXCLUDED_AGENTS checks for Work-item excluded Agents.

As the excluded agents are not there it is raising an exception and leads to error.

 

This is hapening after CRM EHP2.All the configuration settings are OK, please guide me how can we proceed.

We are on Ehp1 Service pack9 and using the Lord Interface 1 currently.

We want to Upgrade to the Lord Interface 2 for the same (Ehp1 SP9).

 

Can anyone please provide with the prerequisites of the system for this.

And what will be the pros and cons if we upgrade to Lord Interface2.

How To Stop Auto Save while clicking End Transaction Button in Ic_agent Buss Role

My Requirent :-  

 

     In Ic_agent Bussiness Role, while clicking End Transaction Button it will go to home page at the same time saving document with madatory field and all empty. Because of this big issue going b/w vendor and my organization everymonth end payment for service kilometer they travelled. our organization using 6.0 crm version. i was trying to stop saving by writing code ORDER_SAVE Badi, but it is stopped saving and same screen while user fill all mandatory fields while clicking save no navigation at all. Please Provide some solution for this problem.
