In IC Webclient , for Manager role, workflow task is dispalying General communication error

HI Experts,

Please could you help me to fix this issue.

Issue:  When the IC Manager loged into IC Webclient,  Home page is displaed and , it displays with the below message in Workflow Task view.

The error message " Re : SO # ************* :General Communication : some other message.

Please could you guide me what went wrong and how to fix this issue.?
