Hello,
We want to provide call center agents with an option to access a third party website through CRM Interaction Center. After doing the transaction launcher configuration, when we try to access the website from Interaction center, we get a pop window with a warning message "This website has been framed!" and we can't go past that window. When I open that website in an internet explorer separately, it works well. Can you please advise on what could be the issue behind the warning message ?
