Service request Status Syn with ECC Notification

Hi experts

 

In our scenario Service request is created in IC and replicated to ECC as notification further processing will be done is ECC itself

 

Now my issue is Service request has status (let us assume 1 to 10)

 

as said let us assume Service request is created in CRM , then processing of Service request ends with status 6 in CRM, on  6th status Service request is replicated to ECC

form there after it will be considered as notification , and user will change the status from 6 to 10,

if status of notification is 9th in notification in ECC , then automatically the status of CRM  should be set as 9th

 

please explain me how can i achieve this , is there any standards available if enhanced how?

 

the above concept is already built in system but correct sync is not happening , and also let me know how can i sync existing service request with ECC notification.

Emails buttons configuration

Dear Experts,

 

We are using SAP CRM7.

 

I have a customer requirement to customize the buttons displayed in the Email view (See in yellow below):

I am requesting for your help since I can not find any customizing in order to delete/rename/deactivate those buttons. I do not want to use any developpment on this requirement, only customizing.

 

 

I have done this button configuration already on some service requests for example and that is why I can not imagine the customizing point does not exist for this view/buttons.

 

I did not find any topic on the point, does anyone have a solution ?

Hello. This is Kenneth from a Utility in HK.

Would like to know if there are any way we could set the order of a chat conversation in SAP CRM IC?

Now that is kind of displaying the latest dialog on top.

 

Is there any way we could display it in reverse order?

Hello Experts,

 

Am in interaction center and i will create service request and system capture my name as Partner function "created by" and is assigned to you as a partner function employee responsible as next level

 

Currently TAT for employee responsible is 2 days based on Multi level categorization

 

now my requirement:

 

1 new category 2 = i can create in categorization

2 Service request has to be assigned to new employee =how can i achieve it(employee has to determined uniquely/differently based on specific category

3 TAT has to be determined as 1 day(for existing categories it is determining 2 days)

 

the above requirement has to be implemented in transaction type which is already live.

Change in E-mail Body Font as default

Hello Experts

 

We are facing issue in Email Inbox with internet explorer few times and it works properly automatically with out any changes.

we raised to SAP but no  luck

but now we suggested user to work in Chrome browser

 

now my issue is how can i set the default font of user choice on login  in E-mail Inbox

they are using font "Arial" previously but after switching to Chrome the default font is capturing as "Times"

users are not able to change every time

 

and one more thing is that if user is copying data form other source and pasting in E-mail text body is there any option to change the font automatically to the default set by user

IE11 issue with CRM Interactio Center - image flickering

Hi all,

i have an issue with Internet Explorer 11 32 bit version on windows 7 professional edition, when I use CRM interaction Center.

I have a CRM 7.03 on SAP Netweaver 7.4 SP6.

Our developer have inserted an image in the email body of interaction center. But when the email form is loaded, all the text (automatically created) is showed fine but the image (also automatically inserted in according to agents input in the previous steps ) is flickering, is blanking, in particoular when i pass the mouse on it. I have already seen the SAP notes 1746385 1672817 1903267 but i think is a configuration error of the broser because i have not this issue with Google chrome browser.

I have read some forums tath talks about the Flash add-on on IE11, the compatibility mode view, the reload of a chached content, but their solution does not work for me.

Anyone can heps me?

Interaction Center Header Box Area Disappers

Hi Experts,

 

I have copied the Default skin to custom one. Now when I select custom skin in UI then the Header Boxes are not getting highlighted although its working fine with default skin.

I have checked the .CSS sheet of both the skins and I think there is no problem.

Please guide me to find a solution to this Issue.

How to add two different POD on a single Premise

I am having a doubt regarding Premise and ISU.

I am having a scenario where i need to add two differents ICP or POD on a single Premise.

For E.g: One ICP is of Electricity and another ICP is of RLPG.

So how to Add these two ICP's on a single Premise.

Task as Follow Up of Service Request

Dear Gurus / Champions ,

 

I am willing to create Task ;Transaction Type:1003 with reference of Service Request ; Transaction Type:SRVR. I have done configuration of Copy control as Source Transaction Type :SRVR and Target Transaction Type: 1003. But when I click on Create Follow up then it does not show any Category or Transaction Type.

 

Please guide what I am missing in configuration.

Hyperlink in Alert for IC Agents

Dear experts,

 

 

 

I am working with Alert and Rule Policy customizing for IC Agents.

 

 

 

The alert working fine when I´m using BPCONFIRMED event. However, the hyperlink is not working (I can see the hyperlink but it doesn't navigate to

where I want). In order to test this functionality I've configured standard event ALERTCLICKED to navigate to Account History logical link. When I click the alert, nothing happens.

 

 

 

I would like to be able to click the hyperlink and navigate to the Activity (specific process type) of the current BP.

 

 

 

Can anyone help?

Error : "function is not supported with the current contact status"

Hi All,

At one workplace can not be taken from the BCM call back with a message "function is not supported with the current contact status" in CRM.

On the other workplace call is received normally.

Reinstallation of the client software did not produce results.

What can be linked this error?

Account Identification through Search term

Dear Champs,

 

My client requirement is that Account Identification would be through Search Term define in BP Master Data instead of using First Name/Last Name. Initially I found that there is no such field available on the Identify Account screen on WEB UI. Then through Configuration I have found Search Term 1 and 2 respectively and now these 2 fields are available on Identify Account Screen. But these fields are coming as Suppress and comprises of data "SEARCHTERM2not bound" (Refer enclosed screen short). I could not understand why this error is coming although the properties of these fields are as Display .

 

Please help out

Good day experts.

 

I need some assistance please.

 

1.) When I open the Chat page on the CRM Webclient, I don't see the "Standard responses" section that should be just below  the subject. How can I get it on the page. Its not possible with UI Component Workbench.

2.) When I am on the Chat screen I can only see ALL, SDB, and KA in the knowledge base dropdown, how do I add mail forms in there. Screenshot below.

Primary Email Address update Automatically while Creating new Entry

Hi All ,

 

Component : BP_ADDR  & Veiw : BP_ADDR/AccountEmailsEL

 

 

For a one BP there is 1 Primary Email ID is maintained and while Creating New Entry(New Email ID ) in Email Section, System automatically set New Email Id as Primary email Id and unchecked previous one in SAP CRM Web Ui which is not acceptable.

 

 

In  Veiw : BP_ADDR/AccountEmailsEL & Context Node : BUILADDRESSSMTP,  I have used 'STD_NO' attribute as a Primary Email Id Check Box ( No Getter- Setter Method is Define ) .



Existing Primary ID : abc@1.com& new Email Id : 13@am.com ( automatically set as Primary Id by system )

I have not redefine DO_PREPARE_OUTPUT & Getter-Setter Method for this Attributes. There is no Custom code added.

 


Is this Standard Behavior of  SAP CRM system  or is there any other solution is available.


kindly provide me right direction to resolved this issue.

Inbound email Logs

Hi experts,

 

i am new to Email functionality in SAP IC and require your help to see the logs for the inbound emails.

Issue : when agents send an email from Transaction they are getting undelivered email notification back to that transaction related with different recipient address showing.

its weird agent never sent an email that address and got failed notification  back to related transaction of transaction.

can some one help to find out the logs for those emails .so that i can go thru and find from where its triggering and getting assigned to transactions.

How to use flashisland to display Bar and Line chart in the same graph?

Hi Experts,

 

I am facing a peculiar situation.

There is a standard graph provided from SAP for displaying Consumption reading vs billing period as a Bar Graph using adobe flashisland with BillConsumption.swf.

I have a requirement to display a line chart on the same graph for avg. temp. vs the same billing period as in the bar graph.

That means the bar graph and the line graph are required to co-exist at the same time.

 

It would be great if anyone can help me understand if flashisland supports both bar and line building in the same graph or building a line graph at all? or some guidance to the steps necessary to achieve the needful.

Any help/docs/guidance is much appreciated.

Update Marketing Attributes using Interactive script editor

Hi all,

 

I'm working on CRM 7.0, interaction center topic.

My task is to update Marketing Attributes using an Interactive Script. I tried to create a new Action into the interactive script editor using CL_CRM_IC_SCRIPT_DYN_MA class. It is the right approach?

Unfortunately, when I execute the Script, it goes in time out and no result is displayed.

 

Do you have any suggestion on how to achieve this? What steps do I need to perform in interactive script editor to update marketing attributes using a script?
