CRM IC Display mode only, due to standar simulation mode

hello Experts

 

Im having a problem when I try to modify the BP Identification on the Interaction Center. On the main BP Search page when I select the config page I get an error saying

 

 

 

 

I've also checked the busines Role Configuration key but everything is in place

 

any Ideas of what could be wrong?


How to make the Business Role assignment block visible in mail form?

As of SAP enhancement package 2 (SP05) for SAP CRM 7.0, the business function Notification Framework and E-Mail (CRM_ITSM_ALERTS) is available. If you have activated the business function Notification Framework and E-Mail (CRM_ITSM_ALERTS), then you will be able to assign the mail forms to specific business roles for the Interaction Center as well as for non-IC business roles.

This will help you:

 

 

1.You can simplify the selection of the suitable mail forms. Instead of displaying all existing mail forms in the input help of field Default Text, the system filters the list with the business role the user is logged on. If you assign no business role at all, all mail forms are available.

 

 

2.You can define the business role assignment time-dependently. This function enables you to schedule the availability of mail forms.

 

 

But after you may encounter problem that assignment block "Business Role" in Mail Form still doesn't show up even you have activated business function CRM_ITSM_ALERTS. What is the problem and how to make the Business Role assignment block visible in mail form.

 

 

In order to make Business Role assignment block visible in mail form, actually we need to activate following two business functions.

 

 

1. The first one is business function CRM_ITSM_ALERTS as you already know.

2. The second one is you also need to activate switch  CRM_MKT_PRODUCTIVE1 which belongs to Business Function CRM_MKT_PRD.

 

 

How I find I also need to activate switch  CRM_MKT_PRODUCTIVE1 which belongs to Business Function CRM_MKT_PRD?

 

=>When we do debugging at View Layout > vsmain.htm of component/view: PMLED_MAIN/VSMAIN, then we will find there is a checks if switch CRM_MKT_PRODUCTIVE1 is active.

And this switch belongs to CRM_MKT_PRD. So in order to show business role assignment block, don't forget to also activate the Business Function CRM_MKT_PRD

Account Factsheet --->Business Agreement view is not displaying

Hi Experts,

 

I have configured the Fact sheet .

 

I went to BSP_WD_CMPWB, view:BSP_DLC_FS/Factsheet , I clicked on "Assign views and click on "Business Agreement view"

 

It is throwing an error message"Fact sheet view can't be determined for consifuration".

 

This error is not only coming for "Business Agreement" view and this error is coming up for all the views.

 

Please could you help me, If I am missing any configuration?

SAP ICWC: Ready / Not Ready radio buttons disable on change

Hi,

 

Environment:

CRM 7.0 EHP2 (also tested with EHP1 with the same results)
Internet Explorer 11

 

CMS integration is fine in regards to phone control etc. - no issues there.

 

The only problem I'm having is the following scenario:

 

1. Login in to SAP

2. Message says "You are logged on to the communication mgmt software system"

3. Agent status is set to Not Ready in the toolbar with the radio button active and visible:

4. When I switch to Ready, the radio buttons gray out:

5. The only way for me to re-enable the buttons is to pick a workmode from the drop down (any will do):

6. Then the buttons become available again:

7. But if click Ready again, it goes back to grayed out in step 4.

 

8. Everything on the CMS side reacts fine when I change workmodes so I know the integration is working; The only issue is the ICWC.

 

9. ICI Trace shows no errors

 

 

Has anyone seen this before?

How to bypass Workcenter Page

I have a small requirement where clicking on the workcenter in the Nav Bar automatically takes you to the search page, rather than the work center page where you would then select "search xyz".

 

For example, when we click on the Activities workcenter, the only option we have is to search for Activities, so doesn't make sense to click on the workcenter and then click search. We would rather have it where it directly takes us to the search page for Activities.

I have found the logical link, but not sure exactly the technical steps required to change the target page upon clicking the workcenter.

 

Any help would be appreciated!

How do I modify the communication view within Interaction Center?

I have a request to show the queue description instead of the queue ID (DNIS) for incoming calls.  As an example, our BCM queue number currently displays +4330, I want it to display "Sales General" or whatever the queue description is.

 

We have identified the BSP component of: ICCMP_HDR_CNTNT and view: CommunicationInfoVS but have no idea how to modify this.

 

We believe the solution is similar to BADI CRM_IUICMD_BADI for method FILL_CALLER_DISPLAY for the AccountInformationVS view. 

 

Any help is appreciated!

How to show print preview on IC Web Client?

How can we provide print preview functionality of the smartform in IC Web Client?

 

CRM Version:CRM 2007 -IC Web Client.

 

The print action is not working.

 

The printer settings said in notes are not useful too.

How to activated valid date in Rule Modeler

We have a requeriment that need to create a Rule Modeler to display alert in the BPConfirm event in one range of date and time.

 

 

 

We can check the field DATE (VALIDFROM e VALIDTO) and TIME in the Rule Modeler for the IC_MANAGER profile like bellow:

 

 

But how can I change this fields ?

TREX Duplicate BP Search required on custom screen in SAP CRM Web IC

Hello Experts,

 

We have a requirement to create a custom screen for BP creation as part of a custom business process.

We have Duplicate search via TREX active and currently in use in the standard BP creation page (Achieved through activating the standard implementations of the BAdIs-ADDRESS_SEARCH and ADDRESS_UPDATE.

 

So I want to have the TREX Duplicate BP search similarly in my custom BP Creation screen also.

How can we get the Duplicate BP list based on TREX in the custom screen in SAP CRM Web IC based on giving the Street,City,Region and Postal code as input ??

Interactive Script Editor + Global Data Context

Hi, everybody!


The following is a very short background to help you better understand my question.


I am trying to build an Interactive Script set on CRM 7 EHP3. I feel very comfortable with the Interactive Script Editor. Indeed, building scripts, questions, answers was quite easy. Anyway, I've found some problems with dynamic variables (text fields). Before working on this project, I was completely unaware of how Global Data Context works. I've studied on my own, did some web research to understand the basic principles of GDC.


Now, the question. The case is: a Call Center Agent talking to a customer (which is a firm's agent).


i)   The Call Center Agent first confirms the firm, its contract agreement, and then its agent (among various agents).

ii)  At this time, I suppose the System saves the information about the firm, its CA, and its agent into the GDC.

iii) I've been able to create custom dynamic variables to print basic information of the firm (full name, birthplace, birth date, etc.) within the Interactive Script. I've also learnt how to work with the GENIL_MODEL_BROWSER and GENIL_BOL_BROWSER transactions, and been able to retrieve other information through relationships BOL objects.


However, I got stuck then. I want now to create a dynamic variable to print information of the firm's agent. But I haven't found a solution yet.


Can anyone help me?

Hello Gurus,

I done some development in sales activity component (BT126H_APPT). After this when i try to test it using UI, its showing exception.

Dear Interaction Center Community,

 

My company, AMC Technology, has started integration with ICI Outbound / Campaign Management.  Is any customer using campaign management within their IC Webclient deployment?  We're hoping to gain some insight into actual usage and scenarios.  Are you for example, using it just for predictive or also preview?  Are you generating the list with an external dialer and then loading it into SAP using Predictive Dialer - List Transfer?  Any actual scenarios you've utilized would be very helpful to us.

Transaction Launcher using FO Process

Hi,

 

We have FO process based Acton box functionalities created  in SAP CRM 4.0 and now we have upgraded to CRM 7.0 EHP3.

We have created transaction launcher using same Front office process and while testing from UI, the SAP GUI seems to be trying to launch and nothing is appearing. Can you please suggest what might be missing?

Do we need to retrofit anything in the FO process after upgrade or any basic settings are needed for using FO processes from CRM 7.0 ?

RFC Connection is working fine.

Another Transaction launcher created using BOR object is working fine. But TL created using FO process is not working.

Change Log Assignment Block

Hello Experts,

 

I recently made a change to the Object Relationship Profile for Activities which allows the removal of the linkage between an Activity and a Sales Order (in the Transaction History Assignment block via Subsequent Assignment). Now that this is enabled, the only problem is when the user actually does delete that linkage, it is not recorded in the Change History Assignment Block.

 

Is there any way to enable this so the Change History Assignment block would should the particular item was removed and by who?

 

Appreciate any advice.

Creation of Interaction Record - CTI Integration

Hello Experts,

 

I have an scenario with a SAP CRM-SAP CCtr( A.K.A. BCM) integration where the customer wants to see in the "Interaction History" assignment block just the Interation Records related to phone calls.

 

For all those IR created begining with a phone call (inbound or outbound) the interaction Record has an entrance in ET_DOC_FLOW structure with a field RELTYPE = CTIC which indicates this Interaction Record is a call phone. This is working fantastic in standard.

 

The problem comes with the following scenario:

If the IC Agent confirms the account BEFORE make a call, SAP CRM creates the Interaction Record document but if the IC Agent confirms the account and makes a phone call the Interaction Record has absolutely the same structures and data as if there wasn't any phone call after confirming the account.


The question is, do I have any way, structure, event, method or whatever to identify if after confirming the account there is any call made by the IC Agent?

Trascript and hierarchy Scripts not showing

Hello experts.

 

Im trying to view the transcripts from a Script and the hierarchy but its not showing like shown on the next image:

 

 

I read about the Using the new CRM 7.0 EHP1 Interactive Scripting "Transcript" Feature

 

And Ive done the corresponding configuration:

 

The function is active

 

The navigation bar parameter is on

 

 

The script profile has the saved flag on

 

And for the chapter / hierarchy

 

They are created in the script

 

And the have been asigned to the correspondins part of the script.

 

 

Any idea of what could be missing or why the hyperlinks on the Interaction Center Script screens are not showing?

Text Type Log Details not shown

Hi All

 

We have configured Text Types in the system with Log being one of them. For all Text Types, when we click on the Text the Text Details are shown on the subsequent screen. But for the Log Text Type it is not shown.

These Text Types are on the component GSTEXT. When we Select any one, the subsequent screen displays the Text completely.Capture2.JPG

This is also on GSTEXT. However, for the Log Text Type, while the initial Business Transaction Type still remains as GSTEXT:

When we click on this Text Type to view the Text, the subsequent screen does not show the necessary details as you can see below.

The only difference I see here is that this screen is under a different component - BTNote.

Why is this? Is this standard behavior? How can I fix this so that the Log Text details are visible as in the case of the other Text Types?
