Received duplicate database records error while creating transaction

Hi,

 

I was saving a Order request which a customer had placed via a call to my call center contact in SAP CRM IC. While saving I received a incoming call and all of a sudden my screen went blank and then I received a error message stating "the abap/4 open sql array insert results in duplicate database records".

 

I had close the application and re-login and then I tried to locate my transaction but I do not see the same in recent items nor it is coming up in any search. Can any one help me with what exactly happended and where to look for any lo0gs or traces which can be of help in solving this issue?

Unable to create Survey suite for Interaction center application in CRM sys

Hi Experts,

 

I want to maintaion survey questionnaire for IC application in CRM 7.0EHP 1version.

 

I have created the questionnaire in CRM_SURVEY_SUITE Tcode for IC application but i am unable to  save the questionnaire as it is showing below error

 

StandardSurveyWithGenerators.getPreparedSurveyXml(

): can't create processor:

com.inqmy.lib.jaxp.TransformerFactoryImpl

(java.lang.ClassNotFoundException:

Can any one help me to solve this error.

Activities in Interaction Center

Hi All,

 

I'm tying to customize activity work center as per client request.

 

The new work center allows user to create and search activities, but when I'm trying to create new activities

 

a pop-up with multiple option getting populated as expected but no activity can be created.

Interaction History link not visible in CRM 7.0

Hi,

 

We're in the process of upgrading our system from CRM2007 to CRM 7.0 EHP2.

 

We have noticed in 'Enquirer Identification' after confirming an account, the lower part of the screen shows the 'Note History' and 'Last Interactions' links but the option 'Interaction History' is no longer visible on the right hand side of the screen.

Our users find this useful as it provides more powerful searching than the 'Last Interactions' list, albeit with more options for configuration now.

 

Looking at component ICCMP_BT_IRHIST, SAP have introduced a new default view in CRM 7.0 (LastInteractions) which omits this link.

While the new configuration for the interaction history was mentioned in the release notes, there is no reference to the removal of the link.

Before we decide on whether we still need this, does anyone know why this was removed?

Also, the old view (InrLastHist) is still in the upgraded system but not seemingly used - is this now redundant or can we switch between the old and new views?

Accounting interaction Center Invoice Search doesn't work

Hello,

 

I have made the relevant settings in Transaction

CRM_IC_CROSS_SYS and also using the default AIC  Account Identification Profile.

I have also assigned the mapped logical System to the Business Roles.

 

Is there something i am missing here. When the Confirm the Account and navigate

to the Invoice Search Tab firstly the list of invoices are not picked up Automatically and even if i click

the button Search for a specific Invoice its still doesn't fetch the results.

 

There are not Authorization check failures.

 

Please advice.

We are planning to upgrade our CRM system from CRM7.0 to EHP2.  We only want to activate Business Function CRM_PERFORMANCE_2 and install only the technical usage behind. Through the Maintenance Optimizer these are the available technical usages -

Route email to Department A if the BP is not identified

Hello ,

 

If BP is not identified for the incoming email then system has to route this email to particular department , say A. and also trigger the auto acknowledgement to the senders ID .

 

How to configure this scenario or How to define rule policy for this condition.

 

Iam not able to find the relevant condition to set for this scenario.

  How to route the emails to particular department or particular user if the BP is not identified for the incoming email using ERMS.

 

  Also we need to send auto acknowledgement back to the Email.

 

  We were able to send auto acknowledgements only if the BP is identified.

 

   Please assist whether my requirement can be done thru service manager profile (or) with the rule policy.

Delay the Transaction Launcher Window

Hi Friends,

 

We have a usability issue with Transaction Launcher.

 

Scenario:-

 

We are using Transaction Launcher to create customers in ECC system from CRM Web UI. We are not able to note the customer number which we have created, once we create the customer and save it the customer is getting created and the window closes within a few fraction of seconds.

 

It is very difficult for the end-users to note the customer number.

 

Is there any standard way to delay the window??

Security for Account Identification

Hi Team,

 

I want to check whether in IC Web client do we have a security kind of thing.

 

The scenario if the customer is a registered one then when he contact Interaction Agent then he will be automatically identified. Then after identification if he check the status of the orders he has placed.

 

Now if the same customer calls from a new number which is not there in the Customer Master Data in this scenario the customer is not identified. If he asks the Interaction Center Agent about the status of the orders he has placed.

 

In SAP Standard do we have any security questions which the Interaction Center Agent will ask the customer and then when the customer answers all of them then the Interaction Center Agent can tell the details about the orders he has placed.

 

Mean when we call Bank Credit Card people after identifying the customer they will ask some security questions then only they will give more details.

500 SAP Internal Server Error ERROR

Dear all,

 

I tried to insert the Web Client in the Favorites. The steps are as follows:

1. add other objects

But if I click on the button, I will receive following error message:

 

500 SAP Internal Server Error

ERROR: Secure Storage: Entry was created with another SID (termination: ERROR_MESSAGE_STATE)

 

Please help me for this issue and let me know if I did anything wrong.

Outbound Email Link to Service Request

Dear All,

 

We are trying to link outbound email created w.r.t Service Request from IC .

 

Create Service Request save .

Click on EMAIL Work center.

System Opens Email Editor which allows to select email templates and sender(From) address.

Send Email.

User Receives email.

 

Issue 1 ) From Address is currently something like SMTP********company.com , how do i mask it with some thing like sales@company.com ?

 

Issue 2) It seems Email editor is different from WEB UI(Service Pro) and IC ? when i send an email from IC , system creates SOFM txn type and if i send out bound email from WEB UI , it creates Outbound Email Z txn type , what are the difference between these two options and which one to use?

 

Issue 3) Currently if i send outbound email via IC , outbound email SOFM is linked to Service request under related txn but users are not able to navigate into it. Also how can we search such txns i.e SOFM SAP office document, say USer wants to search all out bound email replies he has sent w.r.t Service request ?  

 

 

 

We are not using ERMS in our scenario.

Hi All,

 

I have a requirement to remove/hide a button(attachment button) which is appearing in BTF editor toolbar is it possible and how to do it?

 

And also we have few custom buttons which is coded in HTM page of the view and need to display the BTF editor toolbar button and this custom buttons in a single row is it possible and how to do i

Currently the custom buttons and BTF editor are coded using gril cell conept in HTM page and the column index, row index for BTF editor is (1,1) and for the cusotm button is(1,2).

ERP quote print from SAP CRM UI

Hello ,

 

I am creating an ERP quote from my SAP CRM IC (7.02) screen and the same is getting created in SAP ECC (6.0). Now I have to take a print of the same from IC screen for which a smart form in SAP ECC needs to be called. As there is no transaction type or item category defined for ERP quote in CRM, I am not able to use action profile.

 

Any way of getting this done ?

not able to Forward Inbox E-mail to a group/Org in ERMS SAP CRM

Hi,

 

I am able to forward Inbox E-mail to any single user,

but unable to forward the same Inbox E-mail to any group in Interaction Center CRM EHP2 using the ERMS workflow concept, the Workflow is standard not modified anywhere.

 

I am getting the Error as

""" Unable to forward inbox item of type 'e-mail' with description 'XXXXX'

 

Unable to dispatch e-mail, fax, or letter ""

 

In Debugging found the function module RH_CHECK_FORWARDING is checking the work-item can be farwarded or not ?

in that func. module, another func RH_WI_EXCLUDED_AGENTS checks for Work-item excluded Agents.

As the excluded agents are not there it is raising an exception and leads to error.

 

This is hapening after CRM EHP2.All the configuration settings are OK, please guide me how can we proceed.

SSO don't working between SAP CRM IC and ERP

Hi all,

 

I'm now configuring a connection between SAP CRM 7.0 IC Web UI and ERP 6.0 using transaction laucher.

Everything is working fine in the communication but, we need to fill the ERP logon on each transaction launcher. For avoid this scenario we go for the SSO configuration but after the configuration we cannot see any imporvements and the logon screen still present on each transaction launcher.

 

Things that we already done:

 

-Configure both systems in tcode SSO2 till getting all options green .

-Configure both systems in tcode STRUSTSSO2, fill the ACL and certificate lists for the used clients(100 in CRM and 200 in ERP)

-RZ10 parameters login/create_sso2_ticket=2 and login/accept_sso2_ticket = 1 in both systems

-We already test in both http and https services.

-The cookie mysapsso2 is created with success when we logon to CRM Web UI and with sap tools we can decrypt it with succes and check the data with success.

-The user credentials are the same in both systems.

 

After doing this we cannot surpass this problem. It is any problem with the transaction launcher?

 

Anyone already have this situation or have some tips about it?

Distribution Channel warning message creating an Interaction Record

Hello Community.

 

We have an issue while creating an Interaction Record in SAP CRM 7.0 SP11.  When creating other Business Transactions, the Sales Organization pop up window opens directly in order to select the proper channel but, in the case of an interaction record, it does not.  Instead it shows a warning requesting the distribution channel.  Once you click on the warning link, then the Sales Organization pop up window opens as expected.

 

Could you help us in explaining why this behavior is different from the interaction record and any other business transaction?  And, is it possible to avoid the warning and open the Sales Organization pop up window directly as it works in the others?
