Exchange Order in IC

Hi

While creating an order in IC, whenever make an amendment on an exchange e.g change the Item Category from Return item to Standard item it comes up with the following "the status procedure ZOISTAT could not be set from item category ZA01" error. The exchange order then doesn’t flow into ECC.
