my scenario is the following.
the contact center of my client uses CRM 7.0 and in particular the IC Web UI for the front office.
For different reason, the client want a custom CTI toolbar. let me say, he wants buttons "Answer", "Hang UP", etc. in an external application (non-sap).
Now we have to provide, and before understand, the interface architecture and specification to achive this.
I read the ICI specification, but I still don't understand where are these web service and/or soap message? How can I access then? How can I simulate one of this soap request?
