Want to know how do we change the email priority using ERMS rule policy.
All the emails from reaching the agent inbox is having the priority as medium (Workitem - priority set as medium (5 )for the standard ERMS workflow) .
What I did :
step 1 :customizing - ERMS Repository - context - ERMS - created a custom attribute EMAIL PRIORITY with xpath - /parts/EMAIL/OBJ_PRIO/text(). used the FG class as FG_EMAIL .
Step 2 : created a rule policy where I have called the custom attribute and assign a value using action set attribute value (value 2 for eg).
Observation : I can see the changes in the fact Base under OBJ_PRIO in the work item log (t-code swi1) but doesn't changes the workitem priority at all.
What need to be done for this . Can anyone guide me.
