Hi All
I have a mail form with the 5 attributes supplied under erms for an agent
ie
agent first name
agent last name
agent title
agent phone number
agent email
These work fine but I need Agent Department ie the org unit where the agent is working from.
I have added a table hrt1001 which seems to have the org unit assigned to a user but these fields are not added to the additional fields attribute selection. I'm also unsure whether it will bring back the org as it is linked to user id and not agent name.
Any help on this woruld be great.
