Groupware 10.30

hi,

I am trying to integrate Microsoft Outlook 2010 and CRM (SAP CRM 7.0 EHP3).

Microsoft office is installed on my desktop but still in the prerequisite check it fails. Kindly assist  how can i resolve this.
