Hello Experts,
I am looking for a way to fill the direction field (inbound contact / outbound contact) of newly created Interaction Records with a value.
I am working in a constellation without any communication software and, by standard, Interaction Records are created with "No entry" as the direction value. I would like to change this system behaviour and default the field with "inbound" (as most of our interactions are inbound).
All hints are most welcome!
