Hi IC experts,
I am trying to use the Interactive Scripting functionality in a SAP CRM 7 EHP1 system, but the ISE applet does not load.
The error message in JRE console is : IseApplet.class not loaded
In the bottom left corner of the browser, I get the message IseApplet notinited.
We are using IE 7 and JRE version 1.6.
I have already tried a few things mentioned in other posts:
- Checked the browser and JRE version compatibility. For CRM 7 EHP1, IE7 and JRE 1.6 are supported.
- Activated the SICF service for ISE
- Confirmed that the start page for the BSP application CRM_IC_ISE is as it should be: default_jdk5.htm
- Checked the transaction launcher settings for IC-SCREDIT, the BSP URL settings are: default_jdk5.htm
The problem still persists. One odd thing I have noticed is that our MIME folder has 2 versions of the files:
tensegrity.jar.
However, I find that other applets in SAP CRM are also failing to load, such as the one for Campaign Automation.
So it's something that is affecting all Java applets in SAP CRM.
Please advise as I don't have any more ideas to troubleshoot this.
