Hi Experts,
we should be able to send custom mail form after service request is saved:
1) we created cusotom mail form using a custom context (we didnt chose the existing service request context)
2) we need to send email to customer or dealer after we save the request, email should contain the details from the service request like item numbers
tried assigning the mail form to email profile , and email profile is assigned to business role, Didnt work
tried with IDI (Intinent driven interaction) that mail should be sent after order is saved, since this is not a typical IC role where agent confirms the BP, no email is going out with the required details.
