I am facing an issue with ERMS. Need your inputs. I have setup my process as follows:
Customer sends email > Email received in Inbox > Complaint created and linked with Inbound Email >Email responded back by agent.
Since, I was setting this up for the first time hence I decided to use everything as standard and see how it works. I was initially using service request SRVR (which is standard) and it worked just fine with Email being received and Service Request got created with Email tagged inside the Service Request, however with one exception, when I checked for Work item in SWI1 there was no work item displayed.
Then, I changed the standard transaction SRVR with YCOM and changed the transaction in Indirectly called Services and Properties in my Service Manager Profile configuration with my Complaint transaction (BOR object 2000116).
Now email comes to the Inbox and Complaint transaction also gets created but there is no connectivity between Incoming email and Complaint transaction.
Also, when I reply to this Incoming email the replied email gets tagged to Complaint transaction and is seen in the transaction history of Complaint.

I tried to achieve this by creating transaction launcher by checking 'Launch in SAP GUI' check box, since we are using SAP CRM ABAP 7.0 EHP 1,
I could not able to create the TL.

Is there any call limit to the number of records for Call List Synchronization for Outbound Call Dialer to CTI??. Right now whenever we upload of list having more than 100 records and synchronize the call list, our CTI vendor which is Genesys gets request separately for after each 1000 records . The issue is when this happens and the list is not completed in a day sometimes the list gets overwritten and some of the calls are re-executed which is not expected.

I Created Transaction type item category and determined it as well(Z059)
and Set copy control with Z interaction record ZIR1 to My new transaction type Z059.
and assigned my new transaction type Z059 to Business transaction profile. as Leading is my business role profile and dependent is my new transaction type Z059.
and finally required authorizations has been provided to user(SAP ALL ) and PFCG as well( i went to object transaction type object and assigned my new Z059)
Testing Scenario
I will login in Web client UI
Selected Z business Role
Identified BP then clicked on work center "Interaction Record"
Here iam creating followup of my new transaction type Z059 form ZIR1
But my issue is iam unable to see my Z transaction type In Drop down (As shown in screen shot)

When am trying to change anything in configuration page of any view in any component I am getting a message "Component WD_CREATE_CONTEXT does not exist". Previously this message was not there. Because of this I am unable to change anything in the screen. Everything is disabled.

When supporting CRM Interaction Center in Product Support, I have seen that sometimes agents are not aware that they have already reached the maximum number of sessions.
Maybe you have at some point observed similar issues where new inbound communications like phone calls have been re-routed because agents have opened too many sessions and your IC agents were not aware that they have reached the maximal number of sessions? Without the right parameter settings from SAP Note 1597836, exceeding maximum backend sessions could also lead to session lost information on CRM IC.
If yes, I am really happy to tell you that SAP Note 2187140 available for CRM 7.0 EHP1 and higher can help you here. It introduces two new parameters which ensures better transparency for IC agent about session usage.

Hi experts,
We are launching a CRM Transaction from the IC webclient (CRM 7.0) using Transaction Launcher. CRM Transaction is opened a new IE window or tab.
My Issue is that when we close CRM Transaction, but sometimes it also logs off Interaction Center.
Sometimes we can close IE window with CRM transaction and Interaction Center remains open. So we can launch another transaction launcher.
This issue is not happening if we launch a ECC transaction.
It seems WEB UI Framework does not handle cookies correctly when transaction launcher opens tcodes from CRM itself.
We've removed "enforce log off" and "end session inmediately" from technical profile definition, but it didn't work.
Any idea how we can avoid loggin off when closing IE windows?

Something strange happening during the incoming call...
When the call comes IN the alert disappears after every 20 seconds and the alert count start from the beginning after few seconds delay after every 20 sec however CDT it shows the exact time the customer is waiting (in alert).

We have a requirement from the Client where we need to be able to create multiple Interaction Record for the same customer in call within the same session so that it reflects the call duration of the call.
Example - If a customer calls in for a new sign up for some services and at the same time also signs up for a Pre Authorised Payment - 2 Interaction Record to be created :-
a) Interaction Record with reason code - New Sign Up
b) Interaction Record with reason code - PAP set up.

we have SAP CRM-ABAP system, Netweaver 7 EHP3.
currently we have central instance(instance number 10) and users are logging through the webui

to increase the performance we installed new 2 additional system(DI), so we would like to configure load balance between two application servers(load balance for dialog instance and Central instance for IDoc load,external load)
instance numbers are 50,52
I have checked couple of threads,notes but still have some doubts.
can any one help how to setup URL routing to this services. do we need to change the URL settings anywhere?
1)webui load balance only for two Additional servers(DI) and will use CI for other external idoc load.
