Hi
I would like to status an email received in my Inbox, so I Interact with the item and create an Interaction record, however on reading the
email I am not the correct agent or department to handle the query. I want to then 'send' the interaction record and email to another org unit so that it appears in their inbox ready for them to work on.
Can I use a partner function to 'transfer' this email/interaction record. I have tried responsible group / org but the Interaction record/email does not show in the other org's inbox.
Any help would be great.
