SAP CRM: Multilevel Categorization errors

Business Scenario:

 

As per my client scenario we have a business requirement, where we will
be be using duplicate code ID's under different main codes.

we need this scenario in order to meet SAP BI Reporting and Data Migration.

Note: Hierarchy type Multilevel Categorization cant be used in our scenario-since it will not allow duplicate code ID's.

 

 

Error : "You can only Assign one category ID "XXX" duplicate to the same node".

 

If i am using duplicate Code ID's under different main code ID's we are above  getting error..

 

Example: We have maintained schema as below

 

 

Packaging ID ( B)-------------Level2

 

Good ID (G1)--------------------Level 3

 

 

Taste ID (C)---------------------Level2

 

Good ID (G1)---------------------------------Duplicate Category ID

 

Bad ID (B1)-----------------------------------Duplicate Category ID

 

From above example ,if we are  using category code  ID "Good (ID G1)" ,multiple times under Packaging (ID B) / Taste (ID C),the system is throwing errors.

SAP is advising to use "Attribute categorization"-
"Attribute categorization"is not strictly hierarchical and allows you to use category duplicates to map value combinations.

 

Example of an attribute categorization:

 

Groceries

 

Packaging

 

Good

 

Bad

 

Taste

 

Good

 

Bad

 

Though SAP Suggests to use MLC Form type "Attribute categorization" if we have duplicates category ids,the system is giving errors.

 

Kindly suggest the solution as per our client business scenario

 

Note: We are using Service Request Transaction in order to handle
customer issues.

 

Note : We don't have a Subject profile (Code/Code Group/Subject profile
Concept)

 

Note: We are Using Application parameter a combination of "transaction
type and catalog category" as suggested by SAP .(This form of connection is delivered for service requests (incidents), problems, requests for
change, and knowledge articles.)

kindly advice best solution  based upon your experiences.
