Our client wants to raise a credit memo request in relation to a complaint raised by a customer. This is used as a mechanism to compensate the customer a specific amount. The credit will be billed in ERP via an ERP Credit Memo Request.
So... does the standard CRM Complaints transaction type support a credit memo request item being billed in ERP i.e. will the line item replicate to an ERP Credit Memo Request?
(I was looking at the features of SAP CRM Complaints in SAP Library, it says that Credit Memo Request leads to Billing in CRM? What about ERP Billing?) Can we generate a credit line item against the 'Complaint' transaction in CRM, which is then replicated to ERP as a CMR and then billed in ERP?
I thought this would be possible and is available in SAP CRM solution, but want double check with someone who has actually worked in this area or implemented a solution similar to this requirement.
Could you please share your experience and thoughts on this one?
