Hello Experts,
We are utilizing ERMS Threading concept in CRM 7.0 EhP2 and we are currently facing an issue where if an inbound e-mail is sent to any one of our recipient e-mail addresses, in which the sender e-mail address is not linked to any contact person/account, the SR # does not auto-populate when we reply to that e-mail.
Any idea what may be causing that? Please let me know which information would be necessary for you to analyze further.
