Need to migrate email data

Hi All,

I have a requirement where I need to migrate e-mail historical data from Siebel to CRM Ehp2

So my thought on requirement was to create e-mail as DRAFT and then link it to SR/Complaints.

As EMAIL doesn't comes under one order framework so finding it bit difficult to do it.

Your help will be appreciated.
